Service Description

This 30-minute session is for you to tell me about yourself, your goals, and why you are looking for a coach. I'll listen, learn who you are, and answer any questions you have about coaching. We can each get a sense of what it might be like to work together and determine if my services are a good fit to help you achieve your goals. Book now for sessions available by phone or Zoom video conference. If you would prefer an in-person meeting please call or email to schedule as availability depends on where I am working each day. Limited to one free session per person or company.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged for the cancelled session.
