I've really enjoyed providing free coaching support to businesses in my local communities the past two months in response to the pandemic situation. I've received great feedback on how helpful it is to them to have a resource available, whether for group sessions or one-on-one conversations. I'd like to build on that this month and so I've created this new offer to provide longer term support for a few individuals as we continue to move through these challenging times. I am opening time in my schedule to provide ongoing support for 3 businesses for the next 3 months, free of charge as my way of doing something meaningful for the public good.

Each of the 3 selected businesses will receive:

Free coaching for 1 person per business, for 3 months, with 3 sessions per person per month.

One person will be selected from each of the following business categories to receive this offer:

• Solo Entrepreneurs

• Small to Medium Sized Businesses (2-29 Employees/Contractors/Team Members)

• Medium to Large Sized Businesses (30 or more Employees/Contractors/Team Members)

In order to participate you must agree to and meet the following requirements:

 

• Be open minded and willing to grow. Coaching aims to support you through making changes. Please be committed to creating improvements in some area of your life. It's up to you to choose the focus of the sessions and scope of what we discuss, whether that is leadership, business operations, or general life coaching.

• Commit to creating time for the weekly sessions. I am giving my time and talents to you pro bono. You must commit to showing up, respecting our time together, and making the most of this opportunity. There may be occasional activities to complete between sessions that are designed to further your growth. Be prepared for our discussions to the best of your ability.

• Complete the application by Wednesday May 20th. Share a little bit about your personality, your goals, and what you hope to get out of coaching so that I understand why you are the best person to invest my time in over the next 3 months. Link to Application is below the requirements.

• Be available to meet with me for a one hour virtual interview and introductory session between 5/25 - 6/5. I will be selecting 9 people from the applications received to schedule live conversations with, 3 from each business size category. This meeting is to ensure we are a good fit to work together, and answer any questions you may have before moving forward. After the interviews I will make final selections and communicate offers to approved individuals.

• Agree to provide feedback to me on your coaching experience. We will include time at the end of each month to recap your progress, celebrate your successes, and gather your feedback so I can continue supporting you at the highest level possible. At the end of the 3 months you will be asked to write a brief review, testimonial, or recommendation. 

​

• Complete and sign the All That Prospers Individual Coaching Agreement. Coaching is being offered subject to the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and standard operating procedures that apply to all clients of All That Prospers. This Special Offer is to waive the normal coaching fees for the period of June 1, 2020 through August 31, 2020, and is being made absolutely free of obligation or expectation to continue coaching services beyond that period. Full terms will be provided to all applicants.
